There is something powerful about stepping away from your everyday life and giving yourself the space to actually listen to what is happening within you. The Eclipse Within is a week in Nicaragua designed around exactly that — slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and exploring what is ready to shift as we move through the energy of a powerful lunar eclipse.

This isn't a retreat where you're expected to spend seven days sitting in silence or doing back-to-back workshops. There is plenty of time to swim, surf, explore, nap in a hammock, eat really good food, dance, laugh, and simply enjoy being somewhere beautiful. Alongside that freedom, we'll have daily movement and healing practices, sacred circles, workshops, fire ceremonies, and plenty of opportunities to go a little deeper.

Astrology is a big part of this retreat. Before we even arrive in Nicaragua, you'll receive a 90-minute Blueprint Astrology Reading with me. We'll look closely at your natal chart, the transits you're experiencing during this particular Eclipse Portal, and

the ways this period may be challenging you, pushing you, or opening something new for you. Rather than treating the eclipse as a generic astrological event, we'll look at how it is actually showing up in your life and what it is asking you to work with. This gives you a personal map to carry into the retreat and helps us make the most of the energy we're moving through together.

While we're in Nicaragua, we'll use that astrological framework alongside meditation, movement, journaling, discussion, healing work and sacred ceremony. In The Eclipse Within workshop, we'll explore the inner blocks, beliefs, power and potential that are coming to the surface during this eclipse portal. We'll also dive into the primal feminine through Unleash the Beast Within, exploring sacred rage, boundaries, shame, guilt and the parts of ourselves we may have learned to suppress. These aren't about fixing yourself or becoming some better version of you. They're about getting honest about what is already there and finding the courage to meet yourself fully.

And then there is the other side of the retreat — the fun. We're staying right on the Pacific Ocean at Coco Loco Eco Resort, surrounded by lush tropical grounds,

hammocks, an open-air yoga studio and some incredible sunsets. We'll have four fresh local meals every day, a surf lesson, chocolate making, a local community tour, salsa night, swimming, time at the beach and, if we're lucky, plenty of turtle sightings. There will be structure, but there will also be a lot of room to simply be.

The work doesn't end when you get on the plane home, either. After the retreat, you'll receive a 60-minute one-on-one astrology coaching session with me to help you integrate what came up during the eclipse and begin bringing those insights back into your everyday life.

This is a retreat for people who want both — the depth and the play, the astrology and the embodiment, the inner work and the adventure. A week to step outside your normal routines, sit under a different sky, meet yourself somewhere new, and see what happens when you stop resisting the changes that are already trying to move through you.
