Shadow Work & Energetic Integration
Shadow work explores the parts of ourselves that often remain outside of conscious awareness — the emotional patterns, protective strategies, and internal beliefs that developed through our life experiences.
Many of these patterns arise in response to stress, trauma, or conditioning. Over time they can shape how we react emotionally, how we relate to others, and how we navigate the world.
Within The Ninth Sphere, shadow work is approached through a combination of:
• guided meditation
• intuitive insight
• energetic awareness
• somatic observation and reflection
These sessions create a structured space to gently explore the deeper layers of your inner landscape while remaining grounded and supported.
Intuition & Energetic Awareness
Alongside reflective dialogue and meditation, these sessions also incorporate intuitive perception and energy work.
Intuitive insight can sometimes help illuminate patterns or emotional dynamics that may not yet be fully visible from a purely analytical perspective.
From an energetic perspective, unresolved emotional experiences can also manifest as areas of tension, contraction, or stagnation within the body and energy system. By bringing awareness to these patterns, it becomes possible to begin working with them more consciously.
Energy work in these sessions is used to support:
• emotional processing
• energetic balance within the body
• nervous system regulation
• reconnection with deeper aspects of the self
The goal is not to impose meaning or interpretation, but to offer insight that helps you better understand your own internal patterns.
The Process
Each session is guided by your current experience and readiness.
We may explore:
• recurring emotional patterns
• areas where you feel stuck or reactive
• unconscious beliefs or internal narratives
• energetic or somatic tension held in the body
Through guided meditation, intuitive reflection, and energy-based practices, the work focuses on bringing these patterns into awareness so they can begin to shift.
Shadow work often brings meaningful insight, but it is approached gradually and with care.
For this reason, this work is best suited for individuals who feel ready to explore deeper aspects of themselves with curiosity and self-compassion.
The Intention
The intention of this work is not to eliminate the shadow, but to bring awareness to the parts of ourselves that have been hidden or suppressed.
As these aspects are recognized and integrated, people often experience:
• greater emotional clarity
• increased self-acceptance
• improved relational patterns
• a deeper sense of alignment with their life path
Shadow work invites us into a more complete relationship with ourselves — allowing both our strengths and our complexities to exist with awareness.
These sessions may be done online or in person, and can be booked online.
